Lepers and Leprosy.

Strong’s Concordance defines the Hebrew word “tsara‘ath” (tsaw-rah’- ath) thirty-five times and in only one way – (hiccup; lopsided; purple ugly scab; leprosy). Leprosy

Although there is little conformation, Easton’s Bible Dictionary says that the root word means (stroke; rot; smiting; green slime)? Stroke or smiting

Assuming that this is the true etymology of the word, the reason that word might have been applied to this disease was because (people didn’t like lepers; they considered the disease as the judgment of God; it could be cured only by leproscopic surgery; leprosy always turns green)? Christ said that among the evidence that He was the Messiah were (speaking in tongues; cleansing lepers; raising the dead; preaching to the poor). Matt 11 – not tongues

Has medical science found a cure for leprosy? Not that I am aware

Can God cure leprosy?

If God can cure leprosy, can He cure other diseases?

If God can cleanse a leper, can He cleanse and forgive sinners?
