Dear Pastor and Brethren,
The Lord blessed us with a special Resurrection Day. We had 21 people in attendance and a Fellowship Dinner afterwards. Sis. Connie Gaches was able to attend for the first time since her double back surgery, and the Gaches’ grandson Kenneth Northern and family visited as well. Both of our sons, Nathan and Eric, came along with Nathan’s wife, Amber, and Eric’s girlfriend, Oxana. Oxana is from Moldova, the nation that borders the warring nation of Ukraine to the north. Our grandsons, Isaac and Levi, came as well. Sis. LaShonda brought her brother, Sedrick, as well as her two sons. Sis. Elaine was to complete her 88th birthday, so we sang “Happy Birthday,” to her during the fellowship time afterward.. The Lord used me to preach on the subject entitled, “The Beauty of Holiness.” We had the best congregational singing led by Bro. Gaches that we have ever had, and the Spirit of the Lord was with us. We sure would like to have all these folks with us each Sunday service, but long distances, among other things, prohibit several of them from attending. We have a picture of the group taken inside of our meeting place.
