Dear Pastor and Brethren:

Many Visitors
Sis. Kim asked her friend Stephanie to bring her to the service one Sunday morning and Stephanie did so and came with her. We had seven in the service that morning. Next, Bro. Jose’s sister Elena came to visit him from Mexico along with her son Ernesto, granddaughter Samantha, and Jose brought them to the service along with his daughter Josselyn and son, Jesus (Hay-soos). We had thirteen in attendance that Sunday. Finally, Sis. Connie brought her niece Sheryl to one of the services because Sheryl is to have kidney surgery in the near future. These visitors are lost in their trespasses and sins before the Lord. I had the opportunity to preach the Gospel in Spanish to those who speak Spanish, Bro. Jose helping me from time to time. The others heard the message of salvation in English. As I have been preaching on the subject of Scriptural Baptism, it easily adapted itself to preaching the Gospel, for as you know, Scriptural Baptism is an ordinance depicting salvation. The requirements for Scriptural Baptism are four: Proper Authority, Proper Candidates, a Proper Purpose, and the Proper Mode. There is much false doctrine and irregular activity concerning this ordinance these days practiced by religious entities. Thus, I felt the necessity of preaching it.

Spanish Outreach
We had the opportunity to deal with just three Latino men and the Solomon Cardenas family this month. One of the Latino men is paying one thousand dollars each month to a “coyote,” who helped him get illegally into the United States.

Personal Health and Blessings
Roxanne had a bone density test done and is diagnosed with osteopenia which is a preosteoporosis condition. She is supposed to take supplements of calcium and vitamin D to retard the advancement of the condition. I have a new heart failure doctor, Dr. Dasari, who is putting me on new medications to which I am adjusting. We both celebrated our 51 st wedding anniversary on the 26th of July and Roxanne celebrated her birthday on the 25th of July. We thank you all for your prayers and giving to the Lord’s work here in Stillwater.

In loving gratitude

Tim and Roxanne Parrow
